About the Role

As an Agency Assistant in Nursing with H1 Group, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents in aged care facilities and community settings across Wollongong.
You’ll support clients with their daily needs while maintaining dignity, independence, and comfort — all while enjoying flexibility and variety in your work.



Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Supporting with mobility, hygiene, and nutritional needs
  • Providing emotional and social support to clients
  • Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition
  • Working collaboratively with nursing and care teams



Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support
  • Minimum 6 months of recent experience in a similar role
  • Current Police Check, Flu & COVID-19 vaccinations
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach
  • Flexibility to work AM, PM, and Night shifts across multiple facilities
